The Northwest Corner of Connecticut is one of the most interesting regions of the country.   If you want to spend a lazy summer day enjoying a picnic  at Tanglewood, Jacobs Pillow or the Theatre Festival in the nearby Berkshires or follow the wine trail through the hills of Litchfield County culminating in a stop at the Litchfield Jazz Festival held in August, the Corner is the place to be.

If you prefer a energetic day of downhill skiing at Otis, Mohawk, or Sundown, and then a quiet, cozy, snowy winter evening by a warm fire, the Corner can provide that too.   During the spring, canoeing or tubing down the Farmington River is a great pastime in the Corner, and of course, nothing can surpass the scenic splendor of the changing of the leaves in late fall in the Northwest hills of Connecticut.   The Northwest Corner is a fantastic place to visit, but even a better place to live.

The link below will provide you with a map of the Northwest Corner and parts of the Central Connecticut Valley.  By clicking on the About or School links, information will be presented.
